resourcesLKS is managed by a Governing Board. The Governing Board members are local and from the very community with which LKS works. This has two advantages: one, LKS is always sensitive to the needs and aspirations of the target people, and, two, local nature of Governing Board facilitates quick decision-making. The Governing Board plays proactive role.

The organisation has 22 staff members. These include:

The staff members are suitably qualified and experienced. Minimum and maximum qualification varies from High School to Post Graduate and experience from two to 15 years.

LKS headquarters functions from its own building, which has office space and training hall. The office has sufficient furniture and is computerised. For mobility the organisation has a car and five motorcycles. For communication the organisation has 16 mobile phones.

For smooth running of the affairs, the organisation has an organisational manual.
